🦁💙HIA Science Fair-Truss Bridge competition
The HIA school-wide truss bridge competition, held this week was a resounding success! Students showcased their engineering prowess by constructing bridges using spaghetti as the primary material. With access to internet resources, research papers, and relevant studies, each group designed bridges that were truly unique. The highlight of the competition was the weight-bearing challenge, where the structural integrity of the bridges was put to the test. In particular, one group of truss bridges can even bear 18 kilograms.
We are thrilled with the performance of our participants and look forward to hosting similar events in the future.

HIA於這週舉行的科學挑戰圓滿成功！學生們展現了出色的工程技能，以義大利麵條為主材料建造橋樑。透過網路資源、論文和相關研究，每個組別都設計出獨一無二的橋樑。比賽的亮點是負重挑戰，測試橋樑的結構完整性。特別是其中一組的桁架橋甚至能承受18公斤，我們也在挑戰結束後根據不同項目頒發獎項，對學生的創意和創新精神給予肯定。期待未來能夠舉辦類似的活動。
